By registering, you agree to the following:

These terms apply to language courses and programmes. Translation, editing, consultancy, and training for organizations are arranged under a separate written agreement.
Course tuition is payable in full before the course begins. Organizations are invoiced under agreed terms.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the start date, and once a course has begun, tuition is non-refundable.
Group courses follow a fixed schedule; missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Private lessons may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
Attendance is the student's responsibility.
Course materials are provided by Cas di Papiamento.
Certificates are issued only on completion of the course requirements.
Teaching staff may be substituted when necessary, without affecting course quality.
Classes and events may be photographed or filmed for the institute's own materials and promotion. Let us know in writing if you prefer not to appear, and we will respect your choice.
